General Policy

Returns are only accepted under valid vendor-related issues:

• You received the wrong item.
• Product has significant damage or undisclosed defects.
• Major size discrepancy or labeling issue from the vendor.

All return requests must be initiated within 24 hours of delivery.

Non-Returnable Conditions

• Minor wear or imperfections typical of thrifted items.
• Color variation due to lighting/screen settings.
• Size issues if mentioned correctly in the listing.
• Change of mind or personal preferences.

Return Process

1. Email support@reddxthrifty.com within 24 hours of delivery.
2. Include:
   • Order ID
   • Issue description
   • Photos of the product
   • Unboxing video
3. Response within 24 hours
4. If approved, return address or pickup details will be shared

Return Conditions

• Unboxing video must be recorded while opening the sealed package.
• Issues must be clearly visible in the video.
• Additional photos may be requested.
• Only issues shown in the video will be considered.
• Return requests without video proof may be rejected.
• Keep original packaging until return is processed.

Refunds

• Refunds to original payment method or as store credit.
• Processed after item verification.
• Refunds may take 7–10 working days to reflect.

Note: Minor wear is expected in thrifted items and not valid for return unless misrepresented.
